Genius of Water

@bm: It is cool most nights, but the blue light was to honer World Diabetes Day 2008.
I took the picture for the project of photographing International places that Friday night.

@Bookfool: Sadly I have had people steal my pictures and post them as their photos else where.
I got them to stop, I think.
They were being used overseas in Europe, I rely on friends to let me know.
